Many #glutenfree grains & flours are also #lowfodmap, but not all #lowfodmapflours and grains are #glutenfree!
For example, a small amount of wheat flour and a small portion of sourdough bread is low FODMAP, but no amount of these can be gluten free.
If you need both a gluten free and low FODMAP diet, remember that it's still important to include as many forms of fibre as possible, so try using these flours and grains, and add in low FODMAP serves of fruit, veggies & legumes.

THIS happy about my skin being so clear The past year or two has been such a battle for me with my skin. Whenever I would eat too much sugar or go out and have one too many cocktails my skin would flair up and even if I didn't drink and ate super healthy I still wouldn't see any improvement. But for real- I am pretty sensitive to gluten and dairy. Eating mostly plants, beans, nuts and fruit . Oh and ! When I break my intermittent fast I like to start with berries or a soup/salad. You don’t want a huge insulin spike coming off of your fast. I usually end with a treat such as chips or chocolate. Timing that after the fiber is already in your system.

Anyway it’s a mistake to think that it’s all about food.
It’s a funny I was just talking to someone about the #ayurvedic health system during their consult today -This system really talks about clearing negativity and negative people out of your life. Connecting with yourself and the earth. This is something that Western medicine does not touch for the most part. And that’s a shame. Let’s change that.
