I was so ashamed that when my grand father were asking me if I was doing everything I could to become a better human and a person driven by a great purpose, the only thing I could do was to lie to him. To say yes when I was giving up slowly on life. If only I have known those presuppositions than are guiding my entire existence, I would have thought differently. The 1️⃣ one is « People are doing the best they can with the ressources they have available ». I want to tell you who is reading those world to stop blaming yourself, because you are doing your best write now. But if you want to do better, learn, push yourself, know that sometimes you are your biggest ennemie. Confort is a POISON ! It’s the only way. Learn to change, learn yourself, learn to be kinder, stronger, with more gratitude for your own existence. Because, and here is the 2️⃣ one « When you know better, you can do better ». It is so simple, but believe me, it changes everything. 3️⃣, for people who think they don’t deserve anything, « Everyone has the potential for genius ». You are a genius when you follow your purpose and help people on your way. When you know to challenge yourself. When you know how to relax and reenergised. When you empathize with others. When you have the burning desire to help the world. When you deeply love every single step you are making. When your fears become your fuel. When you create the live you deserve. When you reach this state of freedom and wholeness in all areas of your life. To do so, you need to push yourself. Everyday, little by little, don’t fall into short term comfort.
