Sometimes I come home pretty early-ish from work with a bucket of food scraps from a day's cooking lessons and the chickens just love me!! (OK. Granted, it's probably the food they're loving) ... but what I love is seeing how both the resident Roos chortle, tidbit and proclaim to all the ladies about the bounty of food that they, and only they, have just "found". #mansplaining

This is why I like working with chickens : Chickens don't do heinous smelling farts after you've fed them hard boiled eggs. Dachshunds, on the other hand, do. #gassedout
