My entry for the ALLETT #creativestripes competition has officially been entered. It is all in the hands of the judges now. Frittilaria meleagris is one of my favourites, and is now starting to flower here in the old orchard, along with narcissi, primula elatior, and primula vulgaris.

They maybe our old favourites but they keep on giving. Echinacea purpurea and Agastache Black Adder with Panicum Heavy Metal. What is surprising us though is Saliva Purple Rain, it’s been on a flowering marathon since early June and has now become underplanting in this bed.
