Las posturas estan diseñadas para sacarnos de nuestra zona de comfort, tanto fisica como mentalmente. Fisicamente puedes estar muy incomoda, tal vez puede doler, tal vez quieres llorar o sientes asfixia.
Mentalmente si esta incomodo o molesto quieres pasar a lo siguiente, si crees que no te sale quieres llegar a lo que sientes si te sale, y si no hay esfuerzo quieres hacer algo más o si estas cansada solo quieres quedarte en lo que no cuesta trabajo.
Y lo que busca esta practica es aprender a quedarnos, A ESTAR EN EL MOMENTO, a respirar y no dejar que la mente te saque, sea cual sea la postura, no querer ir a lo siguiente, porque eso significa que no estas en el momento presente, aprender a encontrar lo comodo en lo incomodo, respirar y aprender a disfrutar donde estas tal y como es.
Y todo lo que se aprende en el tapete se puede llevar a la vida real. Muchas veces solo queremos pasar al siguiente trabajo, a la siguiente relación, lo único que esperamos es ese viaje de verano, que sea fin de semana, que sea la hora de salida. Asi que trata de quedarte quieta, de respirar y de disfrutar este momento, porque no hay nada más.

Asanas are designed to get you out of your comfort zone, fisically and mentally.
Fisically it can get very uncomfortable, there can be pain, sometimes you want to cry or feel like you can't breathe.
Mentally if it is uncomfortable you want to move on to the next, if you think you can't achive it you want to do somehting you can actually do, if there is no effort you want something more challenging or if you are tired you don't want to do much.
And this practice wants to teachs us to STAY, to be on THE PRESENT MOMENT,
to breathe, to not let the mind tell you, convince you, to move on to the next thing. To learn to find the comfortable in the uncomfortable, to breathe and learn to be right here right now.
And what you learn on the mat works for real life. Most of the time we are just looking for the next job, the next relationship, we are just waiting for the summer trip, for the weekend for the time to go. So try to stay still, to breathe and enjoy this moment.

Which is Japan. I myself experienced negative effects more than 10 years ago from switching to Soy instead of milk. I thought is was the better choice like many other people do. Turns out the same information above is what caused me to have negative effects with my thyroid. In which I corrected and have been free from since. However I believe that Organic Soy is not harmful in Japan and us actually healthy. In Okinawa which is a #bluezone the population of elders over 100 years old is more than 80% . So if you can certify where your Soy came from then hey eat up. But if you live somewhere where you know your food has a lot of fda issues or prop 65 warnings. Then I say don’t trust it point blank. .
