3 things I really focus on in my workouts:
Quality reps - focusing on form to get the best stretch & contraction, targeting the muscle properly
Heavy sets - I love mixing heavy sets in to shock the muscle & really push myself to get stronger
Volume reps with intensity - volume reps are key for putting on size but I like to raise the intensity level by incorporating dropsets, negatives, partials, pause reps, & supersets
These are things I focus on but we’re all unique & our bodies respond to training differently, so mix it up & see what works best for you
