Anyone have troubles getting more greens into their diet♀️ When I was transitioning from toaster strudels and Pringles to a Whole Foods lifestyle, eating enough fiber and greens was my biggest issue♀️ I was so bored of salads, they even started making nauseas So I had to get creative! There are so many ways to “sneak” greens into your diet (like these delicious leafy green fritters) and even add more flavor and seasonings to your greens!
Try getting creating creative, utilize the internet and make healthy green foods like kale chips with garlic, or spinach muffins, taco salad, or these fritters

•1/4 Cup of cilantro, and dill
•1/2 Cup parsley
•1 egg
•1 Cup or more of leafy greens (I used kale because it has very minimal flavor when it’s cooked)
•Salt, pepper
•1/2 cup of almond flour
•Heat up olive or avocado oil in a pan
•add in 2 cloves of fresh minced garlic
•chop and combine ingredients and flatten into fritters
•Add into the oil and garlic and flip after a few minutes
Enjoy with your favorite dip or ketchup❤️
