Now that IG’s back, wanted to share this snack heaven!! (Anyone else kinda secretly love the forced phone break you get when IG’s down though?!) ✨ Lately I’ve been craving a more carb-y, hearty snack to keep me full and satisfied until dinner. Enter this: @pillsbury biscuit with vanilla Greek yogurt and strawberries This biscuit isn’t whole wheat, but who cares? It’s satisfying me wayyy more than a slice of whole wheat bread, which means instead of eating 483925 more things to try to feel satisfied, I can eat this, move on and feel good until dinner time .

Anyway this snack is conveniently almost red, white and blue (just add blueberries!) so would ya look at that!! Early happy 4th and have a great long weekend ❤️

INGREDIENTS
2 Cans Coconut Cream
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Erythritol Based Sweetener (I use Swerve)
2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp. Vodka (optional - see note below)

DIRECTIONS
1) Lightly grease a loaf pan and place in the freezer. .
2) Mix all ingredients in the blender until creamy
