Your typical mimosa is made using half orange juice + half champagne. As many of us know, orange juice is very high in carbs and sugar, and low in fiber because that is lost during the juicing process. What happens when most ladies get the bottomless mimosas at brunch? They like to get their moneys worth and drink several glasses! Here I compared 4 mimosas with 2 brut champagne glasses. Champagne is actually pretty low in sugar and carbs, so it’s a great low carb drink choice . Both sides contain the same amount of alcohol - you just save TONS of calories + sugar when choosing only champagne! Plus, it looks a little more classy to have two drinks instead of four. ⠀

That only once we are able to face ourselves (in darkness), are we able to discover/share the light within ourselves. ✨ That was really impactful for me! I avoided the darkest places of myself for a very long time, and because of yoga, I have slowly started to face them. Discovering and recognizing the good parts of myself has been the most powerful and transformational thing I’ve ever done (despite the pain/challenges it has taken to get there).
