herbal infusions: the cold infusion method. today I'm infusing homegrown herbs in liquid coconut oil for later use in salves. Rose oil: skin health- moisturize, brighten, anti-aging, stretch marks, dry skin. Calendula oil: rub into wounds and burnt skin for healing, nourishing, sunburns, dry skin, soothes bug bites. Arnica oil: use on bruises, sprains and sore muscles for easy recovery. All-around healer. Rosemary oil: apply for pain relief and Nasal congestion. Great for mental fatigue, skin and hair care.
