Right now I have no desire to count marcos, cut calories or watch my carbs. After an ENTIRE month of eating out and barely working out I know I have to ease my way back into those things. Plus @befitgymhouston gets SO hot that for now I can just concentrate on increasing the amount of lifts per week and cutting back on eating out. #sweatingitout

Sprints are one of my favorite exercises because they are some of the best for getting leaner and more toned. And in this workout, you’ll do a combo of HIIT + SPRINTS

The exercises: sit throughs, squat jacks, t-pushup, sprint ♀️ you’ll do 10 reps per exercise followed by a sprint. Complete 7 rounds! -

Prueba está rutina de la siguiente forma:
