When lack of motivation kicks in, how do you personally get your mojo back? For me personally I ✨Remember how far I’ve come ✨Allow myself to rest - sometimes your mind and body is unmotivated because you have pushed it too far too fast ✨I don’t have an ‘all or nothing’ mentality. I set small daily goals whilst keeping the bigger goals in the back of my mind. An ‘all or nothing’ approach is more likely to set you up for failure and unmotivated you for the future. Mango Dream . This beauty is done in a minute and taste better than ice cream!!! Aand there is no banana in it, but it's still suuper creamy. Perfect summer treat! Been having this every day for a week now haha. Can´t stop wont stop . 2 servings Mango Dream; -400 gram frozen mango. -4 tbsp creamy yogurt, I used greek yogurt but any yogurt should work fine. -3 tbsp honey. . Mix everything in your blender and serve right away. Top with some berries for extra yumminess . How are you my favorites? I'm running around in chaos last day before Greece packing, cleaning, washing, finishing last things in school, running errands etc. Why do I never learn to NOT do this the last day? Haha. Came home from a little spa getaway with my boyfriend this morning super relaxed and now.. not so relaxed anymore . I do love a good snack, especially ones that aren’t loaded with sugar and are actually good for your gut . This is one of the easiest recipes you can whip up. They’re Strawberry & Lime Gummies from our Sugarless Sweets eBook (link in bio) ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ INGREDIENTS⁣⁣ * 2 heaped cups organic strawberries (fresh or frozen)⁣⁣ * Juice and zest of 1 lime⁣⁣ * 4 Tbsp @gelatinaustralia gelatin⁣⁣ * 1 cup water⁣⁣ * A few drops of liquid stevia to taste or your preferred sweetener to taste⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ METHOD⁣⁣ 1. Blend the water and berries together until completely lump free.⁣⁣ 2. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and melt on a low heat until the gelatin has dissolved completely.⁣⁣ 3. Taste the mix and add more stevia (or sweetener) or lime juice to taste if desired.⁣⁣ 4. Pour into moulds and place into the fridge to set.⁣⁣ 5.
