What if other women weren't our competition and we didn't compare ourselves to each other? What if instead, we encouraged each other and supported one another instead of tearing other women down? How much greater would you feel and how much greater would you make other women feel by supporting them and knowing that they are supporting you too?⠀

The last I checked, you pointing out someone else's stretch marks, doesn't make yours go away. Saying someone is ugly, doesn't make you any prettier. Bringing up someone else's mistakes, doesn't make your mistakes go away. And news flash... it doesn't make you feel any better either. So why do it? Let's put a stop to it.⠀

❓Quale SPLIT state utilizzando al momento❓❓ Parliamo di frequenza di allenamento. Concetto tanto comune e scontato quanto complesso da gestire ed analizzare. ••• La domanda di partenza è: quante volte allenare un distretto muscolare all’interno della settimana?
1️⃣ La risposta non è univoca per tutti i distretti. Ci sono distretti che possono essere allenati più frequentemente ed altri che hanno bisogno di tempistiche di recupero maggiori.
2️⃣La risposta non è uguale per tutti. Non solo abbiamo ognuno tempi di recupero e sopportazioni del lavoro diverse ma, soprattutto, carenze e proporzioni completamente nostre.
3️⃣La domanda è sbagliata.
Si perché, non ci interessa sapere quante volte stimolare un muscolo in un arco di tempo (che è convenzionale) quanto piuttosto sapere ogni quanto allenarlo. ••• Ed ecco che ci ricolleghiamo ad una tematica già affrontata, quella dell’aumento della frequenza.
Se nel nostro allenamento lo scopo primario è quello di dare lo stimo “X” di crescita muscolare con il minor stress sistemico posssibile. Allora, in parallelo, possiamo giocare sul cercare di aumentare la frequenza di allenamento di quel distretto in modo da ripetere lo stimolo X quanto più frequentemente possibile. ❗️Ecco allora che la domanda diventa “Ogni quanto posso riallenare un muscolo”? Anche qui la risposta ha molti “dipende” che possono poi esser riassunti in un concetto: “Quando ha recuperato”. ••• Diffidate da allenamenti troppo voluminosi o con coinvolgimenti troppo sistemici della persona. Toccata e fuga, come l’affondo di uno schermitore.
Tutto questo sbloccherà un concetto importante: quello della split variabile. Ossia il fatto di non dover necessariamente mantenere la split per un lasso di tempo (mesociclo in genere) ma di poterla anche variare nel breve periodo. Ogni settimana persino. ••• Ma per far questo lasciamo stare i calcoli perché serve una forte intimità con il nostro allenamento e la capacità di percepire lo stato di recupero del distretto muscolare.
