On the first page it teaches you how dangerous it is to multitask by adding a quote, "if you chase two rabbits you will not catch either." 2. Most important lesson is to do one task/thing at a time, go narrow and deep, ignore task which don't matter. 3. The book is easy and short read and the foundation and core concept is focus on Your One Thing, Your One Goal, it show lot methods to achieve results and how to chunk down big goals into small actionable tasks, which I personally loved. 4. Don't be afraid to dream big if you're taking small actions everyday, week, month, it doesn't matter whether it feels impossible or unachievable.
