Reality check! Do you really think once you get your dream body all your problems will vanish. All your insecurities, self doubt, body shaming will all disappear.... It won’t. Your thoughts are constantly going. It's never ending which is what our brain is supposed to do: make thoughts. However, the majority of the time these thoughts are negative self talk in which overthinking occurs. We take some small, miniscule thing that happened and expand it into something so great and overpowering that we let it consume us. The key to avert this behavior is to have control of your own mind and being self aware of what you are saying to yourself. We often are putting ourselves down without even realizing it until you begin to listen to what your mind is creating.
