... After what we have absorbed we are also needing to eliminate. Body mind soul all need to eliminate waste, harmful unnecessary waste that is not fit for our wellness. If you are a negative person who is always seeing the down side of life this is just as much poison to the heart and soul of wellness as drinking a can of coke. One poisons the body one the soul. Toxins come in all forms to our being. They come in foods - thoughts - actions - people - and all of them need to be eliminated when we are working towards wellness. If we are truly seeking wellness we are looking at everything we take in - thats not just food and drinks. it is conversations, words, thoughts, energy, it is every breath and how it is filled. It is seeing toxic people as bad for our wellness as toxic foods. It is seeing that heart aching soul need as just as important as getting the right food to our gut. Conversations. Chiron has just entered Aries and will be there for the next thirty years. Time to heal that part of the human psyche which goes to war, leaps before it looks. Mercury will go into Aries and join Chiron as it goes retrograde (until 29th March), this will give us a monent to integrate and internally take on board these big changes. . A month of dreaming. How can I make my dreams expand or how can I make myself expand into my dreams. When mercury goes retrograde everyone goes crazy but rather I find peace with it. It’s not a time of communication which is why everyone thinks communication goes wrong. It’s a time for the spotlight the steely reserve and will to be focused. Mercury never goes backwards. Hoje é dia de produção de Jun. Mas o Jun não é uma kombucha? Atrás dessa pergunta tem ainda muita controvérsia que possivelmente jamais será esclarecida. Mas não se preocupe sobre quem nasceu primeiro, o que importa é que, pra além do sabor próprio, que só o Jun é capaz de produzir, talvez pelo mel, talvez pelo chá que é usado, talvez pelos microrganismos presentes, a função probiótica é semelhante à Kombucha tradicional. Mas e qual a diferença e o que justifica o cultivo do Jun? A diferença central é o uso do mel de abelhas ao invés do açúcar e isso torna o sabor único. O Jun alimenta-se principalmente de frutose e dextrose, enquanto que a Kombucha, de sacarose. Cada chá usado, cada mel usado, dão ao Jun um caráter próprio e desafiador para um/a sommelier de chá. Mas é sempre prazeroso o resultado final. O sabor do Jun faz toda a diferença. O equilíbrio do dulsor do mel, presente no retrogosto, e da acidez da fermentação do chá, torna esta bebida singular. Se não bastasse, produz uma quantidade impressionante de gás, que a torna extremamente agradável ao paladar. Para algumas pessoas, o Jun somente pode ser produzido com chá verde. Nesse lote vamos de chá verde da @amayachas (de Registro) e mel da Adarf (apiário Sabor da Natureza, no PA Rio Feio, Guia Lopes da Laguna).
