Pie de Coco
Ingredientes
Masa:
1 y ½ paquete de Galletas María
4 cdas. De azúcar
150 gr. de Mantequilla sin sal, derretida
Relleno:
1 lata de Leche Condensada
1 lata de Leche de Coco
3 Yemas de Huevo
1 pizca de Sal
Merengue:
3 Claras de Huevo
1 y 1/2 vaso de Azúcar
Esencia de Vainilla
PREPARACIÓN -Precalienta el horno a 170°C. -Tritura las Galletas y agrega la Mantequilla derretida junto con el Azúcar. Mezcla bien.
-Luego, con la masa, cubre el fondo del molde para Pie, presionando bien con las manos hasta que quede uniforme.
-Mezcla la Leche de Coco con la Leche Condensada, las Yemas y la pizca de Sal. -Vierte la mezcla en el molde con la Masa, y hornea hasta que esté cocido pero un poco suave, aproximadamente 15 minutos. -Deja enfriar durante 4 o 5 para que se ponga firme.
-Decora con el Merengue (opcional). Making the right choices to opt for real, whole, unprocessed foods becomes crucial to ditch the junk food habit, but so do your emotional triggers and emotional health.⠀

Whenever you get a strong desire for a chocolate chip cookie or other junk food, ask yourself two questions:⠀

- What do I need? What we need does not involve stuffing your face, I can assure you of that. ⠀

New Jelly Belly Candy Cupcakes. These feature a mellocreme base (tastes like candy corn) with a flavored “frosting” top.
