Yes, this is Sunday morning’s photo and no, I didn’t eat prior to my workout it is kinda important to know. Obviously my body without food looks more lean than post pigging out. I am weighing in at 129 pounds I am 26 for people who do not know and I have been 5’5” since 2005 which is about the same time I started growing out. I started getting thick at young age. Hips and ass run in our family. I was low key ashamed at first. I’m my lightest and leanest ever 19.7 % body fat and 21.5 BMI yes, I am proud. I always played sports growing up softball, basketball and volleyball track and (flag) football too I stopped playing after high school but didn’t stop drinking. I started that when I was fifteen and I never really liked getting wasted, but wanted to fit in. I have always loved to eat, a lot. These things worked against me physically, along with my mental health and anxiety. By junior year at University it was so bad I went to the doctors for help. I had really terrible acid reflux and migraines I had abusive relationships, anxiety and depression and was really struggling in school and in relationships too and at figuring out who I was and who I would be. The doctors gave me little advice on how not to eat and a lot of pills that “would help me”. The pills did not help me. By now, I was terrified of being a failure, maybe I always had been. After switching programs and studying behavior, I decide if my life was going to get better, than I had to be better. It also inspired me to be more and so I started to explore my options. When I cut out distractions and started taking care of my self first things started to get better believe it or not. Here I am now and I never would have thought this is where or who I would turn into. I was into some really negative shit. I had hit rock bottom. I was so tired of feeling tired. I know for some of you, this will resonate Thank God for grace. Thank you to all. Especially those who comforted me and showered me with patience, acceptance, understanding and love. It didn’t take long for me to figure out without doubt, my purpose. (Cont.)
