Fluffy low-carb Keto bread by @gimmedelicious ++++++ Ingredients
3 tablespoons almond flour or 1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon butter or oil
1 medium/large egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl or ramekin. Add the almond flour, egg and baking powder to the butter. Beat with a fork until completely mix.
Microwave for about 90 seconds, until firm. Run a knife along the edge and flip over a plate to release. Slice in half, then toast in the toaster or in a skillet.

I officially hit 60 pounds down with keto!! I started December 14th, which means it took 4 1/2 months (18 weeks) to lose 60 pounds . You can scroll to see some before and afters from December to last night! I’ve lost 79lbs total (it’s a long story, and I’ve shared it a bunch on my page so it should be easy to find!) since 2016, but these 60lbs are strictly from keto, intermittent fasting, and HIIT cardio. - Shrimp alfredo over a bed of broccoli and topped off with bacon crumbles Alfredo sauce:
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Trader Joe’s Everything but the bagel seasoning

Melt butter, then add in heavy cream and seasoning.. Cook until well mixed. Then add in Parmesan cheese and stir till cheese is fully melted.

Shrimp was cooked on the stove in salted Kerrygold butter, minced garlic and Trader Joe’s onion salt for a few minutes on each side. This dish is best served hot right after making.
