While preparing this aamras recipe, just make sure that its consistency is not too runny as mango pulp tastes the best when it is of thick consistency. This easy and quick summer recipe can be made in just 3 simple steps. Try this and enjoy till the summer season lasts.
Ingredients for 4 Servings :
4 large mango
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon powdered sugar
20 strand saffron

Preparation :- HOW TO MAKE AAMRAS POORI •Step 1 -- To make this delicious Aamras recipe, wash and clean the mangoes (alphonso) under cold running water. Wipe them with a clean cloth and then peel and chop them. •Step 2 -Now take a blender jar and pour the mango pulp in it. Add powdered sugar and saffron strands in the blender jar and blend the mangoes to a smooth pulp. To thin down the aamras, add milk. However, make sure that the Aamras doesn't get too thin. •Step 3 - Pour the scrumptious Aamras in small bowls and place them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. It is best enjoyed when it is chilled. Garnish with saffron strands and pair it with hot pooris.
