Pretty soon it will be that time again! The seeds are popping in the house, and some need to be bumped up into larger pots already. When it comes to our 2 acre garden, I do all the maintenance and planting. My husband @jcrislawrence helps me with the big stuff, and at night he will come out and pull weeds every once in awhile. The kids come out to play in the dirt and to see if fresh food is ready yet. When you grow and maintain a very large garden there’s a lot of work involved! That’s why I wanted to share this picture. The first week we are able to get plants and seeds in the ground, I’m pulling 12-14 hour days to get everything rolling, because gardening isn’t all I do. I have to manage everything on my plate strategically, so I can get the most out of everyday and not fall behind. For me, I love it! There’s never a dull moment, and the end result is so rewarding!❤️

Next week we’ll harvest again to make jam. . I’m just excited to get a crop of something after this summer! Rosella seems to thrive in full sun with limited water, which is perfect .
