Today was very special , it was the start of connecting with 15 teachers ( Peter the man in the group is the care taker of the school grounds ! It was wonderful to have him part of the group ) from the Kliptown Community Day Care centre and Angel Day Care in Kliptown, Soweto. Today was an opportunity to give a practical experience and insight of my work; The theme was connecting with one another and what it means to feel yourself. Some of what was expressed at the beginning of the session; I feel exhausted, I feel sad, I feel pain, I feel stressed ... at the end of the workshop exhausted shifted to i feel more relaxed. I feel sad turned to I feel well. I feel stressed moved to I feel calm. Everyone left with a smile.
