Wow!! An amazing Mom-of-three who used yoga to beat postpartum depression breastfeeds her daughter while performing topless Handstands. She credits yoga with helping her be a good mother and says it has helped her avoid the postpartum depression she suffered after her first two births. Video credit: @carleebyoga
"Celebrating small victories this morning! Doesn't look like much but in a mother's beginning pumping around the clock, with an infant in the NICU that hasn't had anything to eat since he was born, these few mLs are true #liquidgold ! I finally pumped some colostrum and syringe fed it to baby this morning!" - @suz518
Not all breast milk photos are of huge freezer stashes! Amanda from the FB group has been struggling with milk supply and posted about her progress -
.
"I was about to give up pumping. I am a huge under supplier and so happy I was able to increase my supply from a few drops to 1 oz/side. I increased my water intake and started drinking 16oz after each pump, started power pumping for 1hr each day, and pumping while I feed my baby girl."

Look at this cool photo showing the progression of breast milk after birth that Sara (@cornflakegirl70) took! She says:
.
"I'm a surrogate and since my milk came in on Thursday I've been pumping. Last time I was an undersupplier but since I'm not stressing about it I've pumped about 25oz. Tonight's session was 3oz. I actually like the hand pump. I'm not sure how long I'll go for as I'm going day by day but it's gonna help my surrobabe and my uterus. Each day I pump a little bit more each session."
.
Thank you so much Sara for letting me share!

While unsightly, cradle cap is not harmful and does not cause itching or discomfort. Typically, cradle cap disappears completely over a number of weeks. If you notice inflammation or if the area becomes tender to touch, this may be a indicative yeast infection. Be sure to follow up with your pediatrician if symptoms continue to worsen or if you have any concerns. *Image modified from bespokebirthservices*
