Byaheng Ilocos won't be complete without trying the local food. This is the classic Ilocos empada that I've been craving for since we arrived on Sunday morning. We tried the ones at Vigan's plaza but the quality has declined, for some reasons. So when we spotted a tiny stall in Paoay with authentic looking empadas, we just had to try it. The stall is located along the street by the right side of the church. The auntie who sells it is so friendly, she even let me take photos of her.
