İçi pamuk gibi yumuşacık, dışı bol çikolata soslu ve hindistan cevizli Çikolata Soslu Coco Kek Malzemeler: Kek Hamuru İçin; 200 gram un (1,5 su bardağı) 1 tatlı kaşığı kabartma tozu Çeyrek çay kaşığı tuz 120 gram tereyağı 200 gram toz şeker (1 su bardağı) 2 büyük yumurta (oda sıcaklığında) 1 paket vanilin 120ml süt (oda sıcaklığında) (yarım su bardağı + 2 yemek kaşığı) 1 çay bardağı hindistan cevizi Çikolatalı Sos İçin; 1 kutu krema (200ml) 150gr sütlü çikolata 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı Üzeri için: 2,5 su bardağı hindistan cevizi 180 derecede 20-25 dakika Yapılışı: Tereyağını ve şekeri krema kıvamına gelene kadar mikserle çırpın. Yumurtaları teker teker ekleyin ve çırpmaya devam edin. Sütü ve kuru malzemeleri de ekleyerek koyu kıvamlı bir hamur haline gelene kadar çırpın. Yağlı kağıt serili kare fırın tepsisine veya kek kalıbına hamuru dökün ve spatula ile eşit bir şekilde yaydırın. Önceden 180 derecede ısıtılmış fırında 20-25 dakika pişirin. Fırından çıkardıktan sonra kalıptan çıkararak Bir tencerede kremayı kaynama noktasına getirin. Çikolatanın üzerine dökerek çikolatalar eriyene kadar karıştırın. Son olarak tereyağını ekleyerek karıştırın ve ara ara karıştırarak soğumaya bırakın. Keki dilimleyerek kenarlarını ve üzerini çikolataya bulayın. Bolca hindistan cevizi ile kaplayın.
