Air dried and 3 months outgrowth! You can see the little hairs that have shed off, which is exactly what you want to see at this point! Your head sheds 100-150ish hairs a day, so when 3/4 of your hair is attached in bonds, you will still shed your hair naturally, but you will see them hanging off the bond. Brushing daily is the only maintenance required with strand by strand extensions - this keeps all the bonds happy and not attaching (matting) to their neighbors You could also come in for “bond trims” or “tidy-up cuts” to snips the shed hairs off. Found this oldie from a couple years ago! @janelleloveshair's first set of @greatlengthsusa extensions. Check out all those colors. I did a couple rows of full size bonds In the back of her head bc her hair is so dense.

Please be advised that I realize this looks REALLY WEIRD, but I wanted to show you what was happening under the hood. These were blonde strands that we colored with Wella Relights & Vivids before the application. It’s really not a good idea to color the bond before applying, but the bond easily stains afterwards. We will take a video next week of her stained bonds. @janelleloveshair hair is VERY dense and she has so much room for tons of hair! We used 11 bundles of @greatlengthsusa (all standard strands).
