4x10 RDL’s w/ 90s rest
3x10 DB Walking lunges w/90s rest
4x10 Tempo DB Goblet squats w/ 90s rest
4x10 Paused Belt Squat w/ 2min rest Finished w/ some core work and reverse hypers on the GHD.
Strained my right hammie last week so went a bit lighter on the RDL’s but still stoked on the work out. Thanks for the quad pump @pre_script

If you want to grow you NEED to eat, you NEED to put on some weight, you NEED to lift heavy & you NEED to be patient as f*ck. —
I’ve had girls reach out to me for coaching who want to build muscle and change their body composition in 8-12 weeks. Look, if it took 8-12 weeks for someone to have their dream body, I promise you everyone would be fit as hell. But......it doesn’t. If you want to change your body composition you NEED to take time to reverse diet & put on muscle before jumping into a cut. You can’t look like someone who has been consistently lifting & fueling themselves properly for 3+ years in just 12 weeks of your journey. Results take time & hard ass work. Stop setting a 8-12 week goal for yourself & start setting long term goals.
