Vacations usually consist of lots of eating & drinking that I normally don’t do everyday!! So I love just knowing I at least got some kind of workout in & can enjoy myself with a little less guilt!!

I know it’s Memorial Day weekend and you’ve got one thing on the brain... PARTY, RELAXING, PARTY!
I get it.
But before you let loose, I want you to spend three hours, TOPS either today or tomorrow getting ready for the week ahead.
I promise you will thank yourself and actually have a better time relaxing and letting loose.
Here are some things you can do: ✅Plan your meals, and/or order your meals and snacks for the week
✅Grocery shop
✅Straighten up your house
✅Do the laundry
✅Do something physical for at least 20 minutes (for me today it was vacuuming and mopping the floors )
✅Then on Monday night, right down three critical tasks that you need to do for work!
DO IT!

Y’all, I am SHOOK.
I didn’t want to take that first photo, at all, but boy am I glad I did.
This is why you take pictures even when you are uncomfortable. I had no idea I’d made that much progress. I didn’t start really feeling any leaner until the last few weeks.
You need to be able to look back and be reminded of how far you’ve come. It’s hard to see while you’re in it.

Well, my personal training certification exam is turned in‼️ It will be a few days before I find out if I passed. Already started working on the nutrition certification. The grind never stops. The goal is to become a certified master trainer before the new year. LETS GO‼️
