This beautiful salad right here is THE Liver Rescue Salad (Option B) offered to us as part of the Liver Rescue Cleanse (contained in the Liver Rescue Book by @medicalmedium ). I enjoyed this salad for lunch (for the first time ever) and was quite content eating it with the steamed asparagus! ...little bit more difficult to get it down for dinner as I love variety and switch my meals often! Nonetheless, it’s an integral part to the cleanse so I shall muster through the best I can. I also, had the Liver Rescue Smoothie (option A) this morning and I truly thought the detox was going to kick up right after but it didn’t happen not until tonight after the salad for dinner!!! Totally surprised me there...

16 oz celery juice .
32 oz Liver Rescue Smoothie (Option A)
Liver Rescue Salad (Option B) with the Orange Vinaigrette + 1 bunch of steamed asparagus .
2 servings of applesauce + 4 dates + celery sticks
Same as lunch .

I have yet to have: 1 Apple + 16 oz honey-lemon water + lemon balm tea. (I would love that with a side of sushi and a burger...can you tell the cravings are coming out? ). .

Here is what I noticed today:
.
Didn’t have that great of a sleep due to the ache in my lower back and waking up at 4:30am to empty the tank!
Felt a little more tired than usual waking up this am and like I had worked out with the aches that were present. Celery juice gave me energy back and took some aches away. .
2 new pimples showed up on my face.
I felt content, full and peaceful after the liver rescue salad for lunch.
More in touch with my emotions today and was a little bit more prone to cry (especially when Rachel kissed Ross after the prom video lol)
Sour tongue .
Eliminating more frequently .
Tad bit of weakness
Cravings: burgers, sushi, pickled hot peppers and veggies.

My journey healing with #celeryjuice before and after December 2018 to April 2019. This rash began as a small spot. As it got worse it became very hot at times, burning, sometimes itchy, and would flake. It was the worst experience! Nothing I did for it improved it much, if at all. My naturopath said it was from a combination of adrenal fatigue and food allergies, but changing my diet and taking supplements didn’t seem to help. I started the celery juice as recommended, 16oz before breakfast, after 16oz of lemon or lime H2O (wait 20-30 minutes between and before eating breakfast.) Well, I had a healing crisis that day. An hour after drinking the juice my bowels completely flushed. I felt fine after though, so figured all was good. Later that day I got a head ache, which progressed into a migraine. I never get migraines. I ended up feeling so sick a threw up and then was so weak I couldn’t leave the toilet to get into bed for a while. When I did get to bed I slept long and deep. Woke up the next AM and my skin was already improved considerably. I was amazed! After that a decided it was obviously a good thing for me, but a bit too much, so went down to 8oz a day, gradually increasing the amount over the next couple weeks, until I got back up to 16oz with no side affects. I’ll admit, I was resistant to starting the @medicalmedium 369 Liver Rescue cleanse at first, but now that I’m finally in it and I see you guys out there doing it too, I’m super happy I decided to give it another go!

Last time I did the cleanse I felt really light hearted and happy at the end and later that month when I got my period it was a bit lighter and I had ZERO pms symptoms!

Change

It’s been quite a big month of change for me!

We’re getting settled into a new home and establishing new routines and patterns.

Change can be a big trigger for fear - changes in your health, changes to your lifestyle, changes in desires.

I’ve personally felt ALL KINDS of fear pop up in the last month.

Fears about:
My own health
Toxins in my new environment
Financial fears
Fear of judgment
Fears about safety
Questioning everything I’m doing with my life & my business

What to do with all this fear?
.
Recognize that’s all it is.
.
Realign back to the present moment.
.
Speak, write, feel, share words of gratitude for what is right in your world, what you want more of.
.
Through spiritual work and physical healing I’ve learned to recognize and shift out of fear rather quickly.
.
It doesn’t consume me and take me over like it used to.
.
It doesn’t cause me to binge drink, over eat junk food and high fat foods anymore. (I certainly didn’t eat perfectly through this massive transition, but I ate a million times better than I would have 5 years ago.)
.
Sometimes fear is a part of metamorphosis. It’s a part of shedding old thought patterns and old ways of being in the world.
.
It’s part of up-leveling, expanding, and growing into a new version of yourself.
.
Sometimes those fears need to be felt, so you can let them go.
.
