This year I’ve teamed up with @theyurtel to bring some #Ayurveda - style goodness to @glastofest go-ers. We’ve got tasty, nourishing dishes like (my all-time go-to) Coconut, Squash, Lentil & Leek curry with all the condiments (pickles !!!) - seen here in my right hand - and the infamous Zac ‘n’ Cheese with griddled sunflower seed and basil courgettes - left hand- on the menu to keep guests going.

Breakfast time - and it tastes like carrot cake . Quinoa simply simmered with grated carrot, cinnamon and other spices until completely tender then topped with a splash of almond or coconut milk, toasted pecans and a sprinkle of jaggery . It’s simple, delicious and will set you up for the day ♀️. Btw it’s also good for supper!
