Infused with Rose Hips and Gojiberries sourced from our friends @dominiontea in Purcellville and finished with orange zest. Fermented with a native Virginia Saison yeast and mashed with a blend of local Spelt, Buckwheat, and Winter Wheat.

Now I Am Death , Destroyer of Worlds. Ominous name for nice beer! “Destroyer” is a Triple IPA from my local high-ABV magicians at @adroittheory . Nose is citrusy and resinous with tropical notes of mango and papaya too. Taste is VERY hop forward but morphs quickly into a more balanced brew as the malt backbone asserts itself. Definite dark fruit aspects to the taste too. Finishes with a bit of a burn. You will have zero doubts about the 10% ABV. I’ll leave you with this. Adroit recommends ghost peppers in their food pairing notes for this beer. Yes, ghost peppers.
