Back home in LA ❤️ We got back home around 12:30 am last night but still went to a @litmethod class at 8:30 am this morning. Here are some tips on how we avoid jet lag #litgifted #litmethod ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✈️ When you’re on the plane, sleep according to schedule of where you’re landing. Super important! We take eye mask and ear plugs with us to be able to tune out the rest of the plane. ✈️ No napping on the first day! If you’re the type of person who can do a 20 minute power nap, go for it. But we’re the type to turn those 20 minutes into 2 hours, so we absolutely can’t nap. ✈️ Get outside! We stay busy and make sure to be out doing something to avoid the temptation of napping. In Paris, we went to a museum and explored the city. Here, at home, we went right back to our usual schedule with a workout class at LIT Method and work. ✈️ Avoid drinking caffeine too late in the day, if it affects you. We can drink until later than most and not be affected by it, which we also saw in our results from @mydnalife. But we still try to avoid drinking too much, so it doesn’t affect our sleep. ✈️ When coming home, we like to jump right back into our schedule with a morning workout and making sure to stay busy to avoid napping. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Is there anything else you do to fight jet lag?

Booty booty booty work...without any squats . Some of my favorite bottom-toning moves ever! . 1. Lie flat on your tummy and place forearm over forearm, resting your head on your arms. Turn your feet out so your insteps are touching the floor (as much as you can). Keep your core engaged as you lift your legs up as high as you can, squeezing your seat as you lift. Release down and repeat 2. Bring your heels into your seat and touch them together, pressing your knees outward. Keep your heels cinched together (feet flexed) and gently press your heels up as you squeeze your seat, then back down 3. Straighten one leg and curl that foot under for stability. Bend the other leg and bring the other heel in towards your seat. Gently press the heel up as you squeeze your seat during the upwards pulse, keeping your knee off the ground the entire time . Try 20 second intervals and work your way up to 30 and 40 second intervals as you build strength in that boooootaaaay! . A quick fix 6 minute low impact cardio based stability ball circuit! Add it on to any workout or do it as a stand alone energy pick me up.
