3 months - that’s how long it took me to manifest my dream home when I first learned about the law of attraction (swipe right).

I visualized what I wanted every single day and gave thanks for it as if I already had it.
.
I felt the feelings of joy and excitement as if I already purchased it.
.
I’ve duplicated this process many times. Fast forward to now and I’m in my new dream home in Florida where I’ve dreamt of living since I was 8 years old.
.
There were limiting beliefs that crept up: the cost of living is more than double here, the taxes and insurance are unaffordable, am I being greedy for wanting a house this big and so on. But I’ve learned how to quickly identify those limiting beliefs and replace them.
.
Our minds are incredibly powerful. Whatever we can conceive, we can achieve if we are willing to move past the old limiting beliefs that stand in the way and take aligned action towards our dreams.
.

Do you ever catch yourself living on autopilot♀️

You react instead of respond.
You experience brain fog.
You are trying to survive the day instead of setting intention for day.

This happens to me too. But I’ve trained myself to become more aware of my thoughts. Your thoughts are at the center of everything and drive your feelings and emotions.
.
Don’t let them be in control. You can become consciously aware of what you are thinking and change it.
.
It all starts with your morning. Set your intention for the day first thing in the morning. Write down your biggest goal and the one thing you will accomplish in the day that will drive you closer to that goal. Affirmations and gratitude will help set a positive tone for the rest of the day.
.
When you catch your thoughts wandering throughout the day, slow down, take 5 deep breaths in through the nose out through the mouth and visualize how you want the rest of the day to be.
.
You are in the driver’s seat and have the ability to take control of the wheel at any point in time.
.
Remember, your thoughts become things. So be intentional in your thinking. Be patient and loving with yourself. At any point in time, you have the ability to shift your thoughts.
Mindset is everything. It amazes me how you can see 2 people in the same situation and one is smiling and full of joy and laughter while the other is angry and annoyed.
.
It’s not the outside events or environment that made them feel that way. It’s their mindset. They are choosing to make light of the situation or let it ruin their day.
.
Don’t get me wrong. I’ve been on both of sides of this as the grumpy person and the positive person. We all have. But the more aware we become of our thoughts and the fact that our thoughts become things, we can make the choice to respond instead of reacting. We can make the choice to let a bad situation fall off our shoulders or weigh us down.
.
It’s never too late to make a change. It’s never too late for a fresh start.

First person, present tense affirmations can do wonders for your outlook on life.

Repeating affirmations over and over again is fine, swallowing them (like this dog did) better, and programming them into the deep layers of the subconscious within minutes is THE BEST.
