What’s the longest time you have ever edited a photo for IG?
This has seriously been the longest edit ever. Unbelievable how new Batu caves in Kuala Lumpur are and how bad a condition the paint on the stairs could be. But hey, gotta do what you gotta do. ♀️♂️ The experience at the caves was incredible though. We had no problems taking out the drone and doing a morning shoot. It was completely free to do both the main stairs and the cave at the top. We spent a solid 2 hours there but could have done it in less than an hour if we were just sightseeing and not creating media. It’s one of those things that you just have to see when you’re there. Really interesting what they did with the color graduations and ornaments.
The inner cave is super interesting as well. Very dramatic and spiritual feel.
If you’re feeling spry, there are 3 other caves you can visit and a very colorful pond walk with similarly colored temples at the base of the stairs. If you want the full experience, plan to walk a bit and you will have to pay for the other caves.
Camera Gear and Settings: Mavic 2 Pro, 28mm, F7.1, 1/20th, ISO 100, 5 sec hands free interval shots.
I mean a flower skirt is just the perfect celebration for spring being around the corner!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Last year I dragged my poor husband with me to many flower parks, fields, you name it... this year I can’t promise I won’t do it again haha! So freaking excited!!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Is anyone else counting the days for flower season

Posing in front of the biggest mosque in KL - Federal Territory Mosque aka Wilayah Mosque .
...
One of the most impressive places to visit and photograph in this city! The architecture, details and patterns of the walls are really amazing . Also there is a team of volunteers that provide tours of the mosque and can learn you more about muslims and their religion if you are interested in. It’s absolutely free just like entrance to the mosque
I’m pretty sure this place is worth your visit if you’re in KL :)
...
Living in KL brings me tons of new feelings, emotions and great experiences every day! I feel like falling in love with that city more and more each day❤️.
...
Have you ever been to Kuala Lumpur?

Days 18-19, Kuala Lumpur
While in Malaysia we visited Thean Hou Temple, a colorful Chinese temple with a view on the city. Yellow, red and blue are the main colors
