Baden Powell de Aquino is one of the greatest contributors to the guitar. He was a Brazilian composer , guitarist. Before he was popular , flamencos would sit in the upright position in right leg ( the old way ). Later on , flamenco players adapted his sitting position and it is used today by almost all flamencos. He would often play every piece a different type each time and has dozens variations to each piece and was a firm believer in improvising at many points in pieces and he was a total badass that would smoke cigarettes as he performed and didn’t give a fuck.
