Self cultivation and cultivating the essence of the sacral Chakra is an incredibly important process. In Western culture, the fundamentals of a sacred practice have been stripped away and become replaced with antagonizing practices that are regularly celebrated in pop culture and influence the masses as well. This stems from more obvious sources such as pornography to more subtle things such as advertisements. We've become desensitized and conditioned by various mediums that have been displaying sexual union completely backwards. With these logistics it's inevitable to have such a discontent society that consistently perpetuates negative sexual energy. I believe out of all forms of conditioning we've become subjected to this holds the greatest repercussions to the self, higher self, and various planes of global consciousness. That is why the practice of deconditioning and self cultivating is such a powerful and significant process. It's essentially the act of reconnecting to the essence of all life.
