A quick swirl allows the aroma to fill the room and what an aroma from this Ethiopia Yukro from @vervecoffee ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As the bag opens, a sweet aroma of milk and white chocolate with some hints of vanilla and peaches. Very sweet aroma that intensifies once ground. Even small traces of strawberries can be identified. The aroma during the bloom still had traces of strawberries, peaches, raisins and chocolate with a bit of lime which were still present in the final brew. Taste notes very similar to the aroma with the addition of oranges and limes on the first sip and a very sweet after taste of strawberries and peach... sweeter as it cools.
