Rate each project idea based on: Impact on your business, your Confidence in the impact, and the Ease of execution. Doing this as you go into a new quarter can be quite helpful. A lot of biz owners have a vague plan in their head and execute tactics from time to time, but as for a well thought out, *written down* plan-of-attack? Well that’s where we often fall down⠀

The reason? When we don’t fully understand something we’re pretty unlikely to take action. SO! Let’s fix that right now⠀

Strategy - your ‘why or what’. The overarching explanation of what you are setting out to achieve in the long term. E.g. “Increase market share by launching new product line with unique benefits for women⠀

Plan - your ‘how’. How do we get to the end result? E.g. “Create cult-like demand for new product upon release by developing a high profile digital marketing campaign targeting women aged 18-25 over a 3 month period⠀

Tactics - smaller, specific, stepping stones in your overall plan to achieve your goal. E.g. Create digital paid media plan, brand and influencer partnerships, media launch event, sampling, competition, produce still and video content etc⠀
