Hey guys, not a long time ago I visited presentation of the Porsche Tower — one of the most unique not only in Miami but also in the world

This is the first and the only Porsche building in the world. In this building you can take your car to the apartment on any floor. And your car will be in a special glass garage so that being in the living room you can see your car Each floor has 3 apartments.

Porsche Design Tower — one of the most unique in the interiors and style. The color scheme is made in accordance with Porsche design. In total there are 132 apartments in the building and their owners are people from all over the world

And of course to have an apartment there you have to be one from the top

Inside the tower there are restaurants, pools, spa, games with real racing simulators, race car and many many more! ✨✔️
I want to share with u one very funny story from my experience

My client bought a house with a swimming pool for half a million dollars50% was cash and the other took out a loan. First he made a deposit later transferred another part combined 50%

Once he went to see the house because he wanted to look for some furniture for it and so on i opened house for him. And so, day or two before closing of the deal… the agent representing previous owner of the house called me.

Absolutely shocked he was shouting: «What’s happening?! I came into the house, I saw a lot of things everywhere and a lot of people changing the landscape, putting new AC’s, cleaning the pool… and this is all despite the fact that we have not closed the deal❗️».

The client was lying on a sunbed, smoking a cigarette.)

The agent shouted: «I am 13 years in this business and it is the first time I see this! I will call the police❗️»

I had a hard time calming him down. I said: «Just let me call the client». Finally, he agreed. I called, client said he just wanted to put the house in order before the arrival)) I carefully and politely explained to him that before the closing of the deal this should not be done.

I explained this misunderstanding to the agent for a long time. The deal was hanging by a thread. By the way, such actions are really serious — it is a violation of private property here. New yet illegal owner could easily be arrested But fortunately… the deal was successfully closed ☺

But of course I explained the situation to the new owner gently and delicately and tried not to frighten him with possible consequences. It’s great that everything ended peacefully!
