Happy Weekend Everyone. Let's have a look to the incredible performance by the legendary guitarist Mr JOHN PETRUCCI and the legendary bassist Mr. JOHN MYUNG on THE DANCE OF ETERNITY song. "The Dance of Eternity" is the ninth track on the Dream Theater's album Metropolis, Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory, and the second track in Act 2 of the album released in 1999. "The Dance of Eternity" is often regarded as one of the most complex songs in progressive metal. Dream Theater are no exception to that, as they’re well known for the rhythmic complexity of their music. The musicians of Dream Theater are among the best player of their respective instruments. In this song each instrument play complex parts, like in a lot of notes in a short time. Plus, playing it as well as them is even harder, they each have their own inimitable fingering. But what makes this instrumental really hard is the rhythm: there is over 100 time signature changes. Definitely Mr. Petrucci is one of the most greatest guitarists I've ever heard. While John Myung has got the greatest speed and fingering techniques on the bass . Plus, he's got the spark to come up with those melodic basslines and arrangements in every song. He regarded one of the greatest bassists in the industry of Rock. This song like most dream theater is technically written in changing times. Truly inmpressive, this song captures some of the best riffs of the instuments used (guitar, bass, drums and keyboards).
