I am constantly asked: Why do you think your Retreats have rapidly taken off and sell out so fast? What is the secret?
And, the answer is this:
There is no secret, but for me, this is what I believe:
People don't buy goods and services. They buy relationships, value, experiences and better versions of themselves.
The word 'authentic' gets thrown around a lot these days, it's easy to use in your message and marketing, but the true test is when people meet you.
Being real is infectious, it creates space for others to open up, be vulnerable, grow and learn.
It's not polished marketing, how many likes or followers you have, a fancy website, perfection, status, designer clothes or your bank balance that people gravitate to (maybe it is for some but for me they are not my people) it's your energy, and energy is something that you cannot fake.
Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value. ✨✨✨

People talk about having a social media detox, quitting social media, using it less or they complain about how negative and draining it is. I can relate to this and I’m sure you can too, however we ALL get to choose how we use it, who we follow, engage with, and respond to. Personally, I don’t spend time mindlessly scrolling or engaging in any form of negativity or irrelevant sh*t that serves no purpose.
Social media can be a tool for connection, learning, inspiration, healing and growth if you use it appropriately or it can be a toxic tool for complaining, gossip, comparison, negativity and hating...you get to choose.
It’s called accountability. And I am here for it.
