Oakridge, a new mixed-use development in Vancouver, has been unveiled by developer Westbank and Henriquez Partners Architects. Transforming an existing suburban shopping mall into a mixed-use 420,000 square metre community, the scheme includes the construction of 10 new residential towers - one of which will contain affordable units - several offices and a 3.6 hectare park.
