Monday Meraki Mandala This is a week where it will be essential to nurture our emotions and show ourselves self compassion. We may find ourselves tonight feeling stretched in every which way and some of us may even be feeling quite lost. With tonight’s Dark Moon there will be an instinctual pull to slow down and retreat to rest. We will be understanding that we can no longer keep pouring from empty cups and this self care will be necessary for us be able to navigate the energies ahead. We are entering the eclipse season and many planets will be turning retrograde over the next few weeks. This is a time where we will be thrust into confronting our shadow sides and those fears that are holding us back from fulfilling our soul purpose. Even if we feel we aren’t ready for these changes, the universe may decide to take charge of making things happen for us. For those of us that have been doing this deep healing work for a while, we must remember to not give up or to compare our journey to others. We are being encouraged to follow the pull of our own hearts and we need to know that we will all have a different road we need to travel to honour this. Each path is unique, as are our stories that have brought us right to this moment in time. Within these stories we will discover our strength and our truths. To truly own and embrace our story. We are being given the chance now to transform our lives and take back our power. This is a very powerful time to manifest those long held dreams. A mindful Mandala to start off #mentalhealthawarenessweek I am guilty of always having a busy mind. Having 101 things I want to complete, stressing and worrying about all sorts! Before I get the feeling of being overwhelmed I find taking a moments of mindfulness helps. Where I can pay attention to that present moment, force myself to stop, breathe and allows me to be more aware of my thoughts and feelings helping me feel grounded. Mindfulness can be used as the perfect tool to manage your wellbeing and mental health. I find taking time out to be creative, gardening and surrounding myself with nature are fantastic mindful activities my favourite being grabbing a cuppa and creating a Mandala.
