Just a couple blocks can change your whole workout! Use them to elevate and go deeper!
Try these
⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1- Bear Crawl Up Downs: move quickly up and off the blocks while holding your quadruped position
2- Deep Push-up: drop your chest between the two blocks and get a bigger pec contraction
3- Runners Lunge Jump: the blocks elevate the hands so that my tight hips can do a switch jump
4- Feet Elevated Side Plank Hip Drop: the deeper the hip drop here the bigger the lateral core has to work
5- Frog Burpee: a deep squat position isn’t easy for all of us. I use the block here to allow myself to jump back and forth and work on hip mobility

Stability Ball Core Challenge

This one goes out to my fit sis @fitwithgina_ct who challenged me earlier this week with a bodyweight core workout. I see your challenge and raise you a stability ball core workout challenge! Show me what you can do G-thang! I know you’re a handstand rockstar!
Tag me when you hit this workout! ▫️SB Pike/Handstand to tuck
▫️SB Knee to Elbow Twist (Make sure and get that knee to touch the elbow! )
▫️SB Push Up to Squat Jump (x3)
▫️SB Scissor Tuck
Each exercise for 45-60 sec, doing both right and left where needed and then 3-4 sets!
