Every day you wake up, there is a purpose for you. You’ve been given this day for a reason, and have never been more equipped for what is ahead. Rather than asking ‘Why me?’ ask ‘Why NOT me?’ I witness miracles daily, and so do you. People who have been hit by every direction picking themselves up and marching onward. Mums giving their heart and souls to their families finally finding a sanctuary to look after their own health for one hour per day. Corporate executives prioritising their own health, and in turn increasing their performance threefold. University students stressed and anxious over workload finding strength and balance they never new they had. People afraid to even step foot in a gym finding a home and safe place to thrive! Be encouraged and know that right now, you too are enough. So, on the eve of our 8 Week Challenge, I’ve never been more thankful to be an energy dealer (aka crazy fitness bunny) and vessel for change in the lives of others. Why was I given this privilege? Actually, why not me?

How’s the view?

Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.  Whenever I am crippled with fear and doubt, I've learned to throw myself into journalling thoughts, notes, ponderings, dreams, visions, and fears. This is such a powerful tool to release built up anxiety, but also a beautiful opportunity to, years later, reflect. March 2017: STAKE YOUR CLAIM Staking your claim means declaring something your own. Staking your claim in business means owning your experience, developing your expertise, and using both to carve out a successful niche. It's earning a reputation based on excellent performance and impeccable integrity; committing yourself 100% to leading a top-notch team of people who share your passions and values; knowing your worth, and facilitating a place where people can learn theirs.  TODAY I am staking my claim. May I know my worth, and in turn, design a safe place for others to realise theirs. Now, my question is, where do YOU need to stake your claim?

Someone once asked, 'If you could do one thing every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?' The answer was so simple - 'All I want to do is create incredible fitness experiences for people that makes them fall in love with exercise.' So that's when I set out to learn all I could about making this possible. And to this day, I still go to bed excited about teaching class the next morning. I'm obsessed with the @rawbybek community and seeing lives transformed on the daily. If I've ever played even a small role in helping you on your health and fitness journey, thank you.
