We deal with so much more than taking photos on a weddings day (we are magicians & your emotional support )and always have a big hand in the timeline and how the day runs. We have also seen a TON of things! A lot of people feel lost and need extra help & advice and we can be that for you! I am really loving this whole mom thing already if you haven’t noticed I get so excited when it’s time to go back and see my midwife so I can hear lil babe’s heart beat ❤️ I’m not loving all this morning sickness, not feeling like myself or random nausea moments though. I know it’ll all be worth it in the end and I’d do it all over again for baby! Doctor said baby is doing great though mom is healthy and dad is getting all the same symptoms that mom is getting it’s making it a little more real for him... I don’t think it feels real for dads until they actually get to hold their baby not us moms though, shit is real from day ONE when you miss your period, start getting sick and can’t sleep at night ‍♀️ just for them to typically come out and look JUST LIKE THEIR DAMN DAD #14weekspregnant #secondtrimester

To the moms that have to drop their baby off at the babysitters so they can go to their 9-5 job, I see you. To the moms who feel guilty going to work all day instead of staying home with their baby so they can give them the life they always wanted, I see you. To the moms who get to stay home with their baby and work from the couch but have no time at all to even make yourself lunch, I see you. To the moms who have a full time job just being a mom, I see you. And I applaud you all ⁣ ⁣ Being a mom is a full time job in itself. You get no time alone, you barely find time to brush your own hair and if you look away for even a second they found the one and only thing in the room they shouldn’t have. I give so much credit to all the moms out there who are momming and still getting shit done.⁣ ⁣ As every day passes through out my pregnancy I wake up and think about how absolutely grateful I am. Grateful for the fact when my baby gets here I can stay home with them, be there for all their “firsts” and not pay or find a babysitter. I am grateful I am able to work from home with baby, go to the park, travel out of state to see family, or be anywhere as long as I have WiFi and still bring home a check every week. I am grateful that my job is to make my own health a priority so I can be the best mom, role model and person I can be for my baby.⁣ ⁣ Being a mom is a 24/7 job... but I can imagine it’s the best and most rewarding job you can ever have! Shout out to all the mamas out there. Moms with kids already out of the house, moms with kids running through out the house or moms patiently waiting for their lil babe’s arrival, like myself. You are doing an awesome job and your baby is so lucky to have a badass mom “boss” like you!!

And the time has almost come... after years of listening to Garrett talk about his dreams of owning his own clinic one day and months of work put into the remodel, we are just about open for business! more things influence our mood than we think. the littlest things like not making our bed, being around certain people, seeing things that normalize bad coping mechanisms on social media, listening to a song that triggers negative emotions, creeping on someone who shouldn’t be in your life anymore, obsessing over thoughts that make you feel unworthy or anxious…it’s time to stay closer to things that make us feel warm and happy and removing (or distancing ourselves) from things that make us feel sad at night

I’ve had the strangest pregnancy cravings so far... I’m talking like random trips at 11:30 at night for an orange @fanta, fried chicken every time I see a place selling it (a fricken gas station and it was bomb!!!) and more @dairyqueen trips in the past 3 months than I’ve ever made in my life.
