Getting in my last few workouts before a deload and diving into another prep cycle. I'm not ripped, or the ideal body type, or even close to being the model type..but, I am learning to love my body and appreciate my strength nonetheless. Quick video to check my form. I used a slightly wider grip today and I had no idea I had a bit of an arch, well I call that an arch for me. Obviously I'm not trying to arch, no thank you. I appreciate those that do but at this current time it is not for me. Using a wider grip went over well, I'll use it again next week and see if it was a fluke. Warm up set here, finished bench with a single at 175lbs.

#backday is my favorite day but today I felt like poo. My arms were shaking, my biceps were giving out on me before my back was and I literally dropped the weight on everything I did and focused on form and getting the #squeeze I even had a shake from @shenandoahpower just so I could get thru this workout. I'm glad I went but jeesh what a grinder of a workout.
Takeaway- it's not about the weight, it's about the muscle contraction and form. I stopped and adjusted because a few reps felt sloppy.
