Today marks a very special day for me as exactly 2 years ago, I walked away from my corporate job and began to create my life by design.✨⁣ ⁣ Do I have any regrets? Not at all! Having the choice to wake up, travel, visit friends & family whenever I want means the world to me and having the ability to plan my biz around my life instead of the other way around brings me nothing but joy. I used to hate that I could only see my family once a year because they lived in Taiwan and that dreaded feeling of not knowing if my vacation days would be approved. The only person I need to ask permission from now is truly me.☀️ ⁣ ⁣ I’ve traveled all around the world over the past 2 years and because I work online, I do it from anywhere. My earnings very quickly outpaced my corporate salary and I’ve truly never looked back. I transferred my existing skills to a thriving digital consulting career whilst simultaneously growing my health/wellness ecom biz with @arbonne.‍ I’m incredibly passionate about both but the latter in particular as it’s truly opened my eyes to the importance of passive income. After my ski accident in March, I was concussed and unable to work but still received my Arbonne paychecks whilst taking the extended time off needed for recovery. ⁣ ⁣ It’s enabled me (and so many others) to build a life I don’t need a holiday from and know it will quickly supersede my consulting income whilst working way less hours and continuing to give me the location & time independence I value the most. I know that when I do have a family, I can spend my days with them and not worry about maternity leave plans, etc. I’ll be forever grateful for this opportunity coming my way & love being able to share it with anyone else who wants to create a life they don’t need a holiday from too.
