Is cauliflower anyone else’s favorite veggie? Seriously, not many veggies can literally be made into everything that is good in the world

To make a cauliflower base, rice and steam 750g of cauliflower, squeeze as much water from the cauliflower as possible (trust me, let it cool down a little first ♀️), and mix with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup almond meal, 1 egg and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning! Bake for 15-20 minutes and then top it with your favourite toppings and put it back in the oven till everything is melted and delicious!

Am I the only person who has only just learnt the spelling for dessert (not desert ♀️) I have to remind myself that dessert has two ‘S’ because I always want seconds. I have always been the worst speller! I even wrote ‘reserpies’ on all of my mums recipe folders when I was little... Are there any words you just can’t get right?

This should sum up mine and eds eating habits pretty well. While we can be creatures of habits we also like to eat based on what our bodies are telling us. One week we might eat more rice, other weeks I might be craving more fruits and veggies ♀️ either way our meals are usually well balanced full of whole foods and real ingredients. This means pasturized eggs, organic leafy greens, berries, arugula ( always have arugula), my fav @tropeaka protein powders, sweet potatoes, avocado, peanut butter and almost everything else you can think of ☺️ I do my best not to snack too often ( mostly because I have zero control) and stick to about 5 fully loaded meals a day . As for my nightly routine, you bet I eat chocolate, especially @hukitchen chocolate squares simply put, I eat what makes me feel good!

sometimes it can be a bummer missing out on delicious foods i once ate and loved, but just about anything can be adjusted and healthified. this recipe for paleo and vegan naan just does not get old! and it’s supes simple - 1/2 cup almond flour + 1/2 cup arrowroot flour + 1 cup coconut milk + 1-2 cloves of minced garlic + 1-2 chopped scallions + a dash of pink himalayan salt. i doubled for dis stack. let the batter sit for a few mins to thicken before throwing it in a skillet with some coconut oil and cook on each side for 3-5 mins or until as crispy as ya like. these are extremely versatile. they can also serve as pancakes or tortillas! or you could make a sweeter or more savory version. just throw whatever the hell you want in there. have a flippin party! pun intended.
Rain or shine, there's something about being outside.
