Help us welcome Extreme Mustang Makeover trainer Sam Van Fleet, who is competing in the Florida Extreme Mustang Makeover, May 10-11! Sam Van Fleet resides in Williston, Florida. She has been around horses for about six years. In 2014, she competed in her first Youth Mustang Makeover and has done at least one makeover every year since. This past summer, she interned with a variety of trainers including Dan James from Double Dan Horsemanship and Ariana Sakaris. Now, she works at a warmblood breeding facility starting their colts and fillies undersaddle, TIPing mustangs, and saving PMU foals. She travels and performs liberty and tricks with her 2016 Youth EMM mustang in hopes to show people the capabilities of these American legends.
